The mom of my SO's friend died recently so I drove us to the funeral
service today
This makes twice in the last 35+ years that I've been lured into one.
The other incident was for a wedding about 7-8 years ago, again a RC
church
And, would you believe, the service actually promoted creationism, and
not just once either
I mostly spent of the time fidgeting, looking at the stain glass
window's (I've done some work with stained glass art over the decades,
so that was one thing I could actually appreciate while stuck inside
for the hour) and checking out the one good looking babe, (who turned
out to be slightly preggers)
Afterwards, I told Lorna that if anyone dared have something like that
for me after I croak, I'll come back to haunt them forever....Ken |

Hang on a tick...I thought Atheists believed that this life was it: No
afterlife, no life as a ghost, no reincarnation...Am I right?

Correct and I don't but if someone was to give me a religious service
like that one yesterday, I'd sure as all get out try and get back at
'em somehow
